Asian Business School, Noida – “What Industry Expect-The HR PERSPECTIVE-HR CONCLAVE

Asian Business School, Noida, organized an HR CONCLAVE Session for 1st Year PGDM students on Tuesday, 26th July 2022. The Guest of Honour was Ms. Tania Chatterjee, Director-HR, India Lead-Inclusion, Wellbeing & Culture Natwest Group, India; Mr. Sushant Kumar, India Lead-University Relations & Campus Recruitment, TATA Technologies Ltd., and Ms. Teena Khanna, Head Talent Acquisition & Continuous Learning (L&D), Lenskart.com. The welcome address was delivered by Dr. Veenu Arora, Associate Professor, Asian Business School, highlighting the major gap between acquired and required knowledge. The Guest speaker Ms. Tania Chatterjee steered the students to have a meaningful purpose in life and careers. She instigated the students to be the change agents in the Human Capital Development stage. The emphasis was laid upon ‘Energy Management’ and channelization.

Proceeding to the event, Mr. Sushant Kumar galvanized the crowd to follow one’s passion and to have a roadmap ahead. He focused upon the traits of acquiring the required skill-set, being tech-savvy, and to acumen knowledge in today’s era of digitalization.

Ms. Teena Khanna instilled the students with the importance of recognizing Emotional Intelligence as a new strength. The Guest speakers who are maestros in their fields shared valuable insights and pointers with the students. They underlined the concepts of ‘cross-collaboration’, mental resilience, Hybrid culture, cognitive ability and networking.

A fruitful Question and Answer round was held that paved the way for a two-way interaction round between the Guest Speakers and students. The concluding part of the session summed up the thought process of all the guest speakers with the 3 Ps on the forefront i.e. Purpose, Plan and Passion. It was indeed an enlightening and power pact session for the students.

In the end, a Vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Veenu Arora, Associate Professor, Asian Business School, Noida, followed by a felicitation of guests with Shawl and Memento.
