Plastic pollution is a huge environment and health issues as it harms us in more than one way such as it clogs drains, causes visual pollution and proves fatal for stray animals.

To celebrate the World Environment Day, Asian Business School has taken an initiative of “Plastic waste collection drive” under Prakriti club. The theme for the event was ‘Beat the Plastic’.
The primary objective of the Drive was to collect plastic waste, raise awareness about the adverse effects of plastic pollution, and inspire sustainable practices among teaching and non- teaching staff. Under this event Teaching and non- teaching staff were told to bring plastic waste. The event aimed to raise awareness about the environmental impact of plastic pollution and to actively engage the staff in promoting environmental responsibility and fostering a cleaner and healthier environment.
