Institution Innovation Council & Entrepreneurship Development & Incubation Centre of Asian Business School, Noida has organised Two Days Faculty Development Program on 5th & 6th of June 2023. The session was organised in Association with All India Management Association, where Dr. Richa Aggarwal took the session on Biz Lab – Simulation Portal of AIMA.
Through Simulation Portal, faculties were well-trained in the process of decision-making. The trainees were provided with a case study and trained on the portal, where they experienced essential analytic situations and made crucial decisions. This entire exercise helped trainees develop their Critical and Analytical Thinking.
The complete FDP program was a complete learning experience which was very well conducted by Dr. Richa. The hard work and efforts that she demonstrated during the training was commendable.
