Asian Business School held its highly-vetted 11th International Conference

Asian Business School held its highly-vetted 11th International Conference on “Changing Dynamics of Global Education” in collaboration with Northern University Bangladesh (NUB) on 11th & 12th December 2023 Monday – Tuesday in Noida, India with great success. The event was smoothly coordinated by the Research & Development (R&D) Cell of Asian Business School that operates with the mission to become a centre of excellence in management education by focused research pursuits, through an interface with industry and academia.

The prime focus of the conference is to promote research and development in the fields of business management, economics and social sciences, which can contribute towards global education which is dynamically changing and becoming multifaceted. The conference provided the platform to educators, researchers, and policymakers from different countries and regions to reflect the diverse interests and goals and to share their unique perspectives and experiences in the context of global education. The conference served the perfect forum for showcasing the most recent problems, developments, and issues in the field of education around the world as well as the solutions chosen, while also speculating on how education might develop in the future in response to societal, technological, and economic changes. The Conference has encouraged rigorous work of any methodological or theoretical bent around the world, based on the principle that innovative research emerges from paying attention to wider context and connecting knowledge developed in different fields.

Welcome introduction of dignitaries present on and off the dais marked the beginning of the ‘Inaugural Ceremony’ of the conference. Dr. Shweta Batra, Dean, Asian Business School,

welcomed the dignitaries with her welcome address and also set the tone of the conference with a brief introduction of the topic. This was followed by the Inaugural Address by Dr. Lalitya Vir Srivastava, Director, Asian Education Group and Prof. Dr. Nazmul Ahsan Khan Dean, Faculty of Business, Northern University Bangladesh (NUB).

Dr. Amit Salunkhe, Assistant Director, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) Joint Director, National Testing Agency, Sameer Nigam – CEO, Stratbeans Learning Solutions and Prof. Dr. AY Md. Abdullah Chairman, Board of Trustees, NUB Trust were the eminent Chief Guests and speakers at this inaugural ceremony of conference who shared their valuable thoughts on the topic. The formal release of the ‘Conference Souvenir’ was also a part of this session.

This was followed by Plenary session wherein the eminent key note speakers Prof. Dr. Anwar Hossain Vice Chancellor Northern University Bangladesh, Prof. Dr Nazrul Islam – Pro-VC, Northern University Bangladesh and Dr. Balasubramanian Krishnan CEO, Nuveda Learning talked about changing dynamics in higher education, sustainable education and AI & online learning platforms and their significance in education governance policies.

There were 110 team worldwide with 258 registrations. 5 Technical Sessions’ on 11th and 12th December 2023 were constituted on both days which were chaired by Prof Khairul Alom- Assistant Professor, Northern University Bangladesh, Dr. Shubhi Lall Agarwal – HOD Systems, Atharva Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, Maharashtra, Dr. Preeti Singh – Assistant Professor & IQAC Coordinator Jagannath International Management School, Delhi, Dr. Bushra S. P. Singh Assistant Professor, GJIMT, Mohali, Dr. Indranil Mutsuddi, HOD & Associate Professor-HR, Department of Management Studies, JIS University, Kolkata, Prof (Dr) Ihtiram Raza Khan- Jamia Hamdard, Delhi, Dr. Md Shelim Miah – Assistant Professor, Southeast Business School, Komal Kapoor – Assistant Professor, School of Management-MIBIMS – Ghaziabad Dr. Babita Chaudhary – Assistant Professor at School of Business and Management CHRIST (Deemed to be University).

Thereafter, the conference witnessed the ‘Valedictory Session’ wherein session chairs appreciated the paper presenters and gave the valuable feedback. Suntu Kumar Ghosh & – Mohmmad Rafiqul Islam of Northern University Bangladesh (NUB) – Paper Titled “Unveiling The Nexus: CSR, Corporate Image, Trust As A Mediator, And Hotel Guest Behavioural Intentions In Bangladesh” secured the 1st Position, Mahima Aneja of GLA University – paper Titled “ Consumer Purchase Intentions Leading To Online Retail – Toe Model” secured the 2nd Position, Dr. Harleen Kaur & Prof. Harpreet Kaur of Mata Sundri College for Women, University of Delhi – Paper Titled “Enhancing Public Health:

Examination Of Digital Health And Technological Interventions Through The Lens Of A Capability Approach” secured the 3rd Position in the best paper award.

Vanshita Jaiswal & Ms. Ashi Shukla of Asian Business School – Poster Titled “Methods Of Education In 21st Century: Meeting The Challenges Of A Changing World” secured the 1st Position, Md. Hasibul Islam, Md. Abu Halim, Md. Shoyeb Abdullah & Tanvir Hossain Munna of Northern University Bangladesh (NUB) – Poster Titled “ The Impact Of Regulatory & Environmental Compliance On Sustainable RMG Sector Development In Bangladesh” secured the 2nd Position , Vinita Soni Vikram Kumar & Manisha Kumari of Asian Business School – Poster Titled “ Harmony In Education: Navigating Technological Advancements And Bridging Educational Gaps” and Shruti Saumya & Shreyansh Shukla of Asian Business School – Poster Titled “ Impact Of E-Learning On The Global Economy” secured the 3rd Position in the best poster award.

The highly-vetted event ended with a vote of thanks by RDC team to all delegates, organizing and technical committees for smooth conduct and success of International Conference.
