Asian Business School has initiated Academic-Industry mentors’ meetings to develop better understanding about the industry requirement. Academic – Industry Mentor Meeting was held between Mr. Anil Verma and Mr.Sanjay Khan, Senior Manager (HR), who is also Industry Mentor in Hero FinCorp Ltd. at Vasant Vihar, New Delhi on 15-6-2016.
Our students of PGDM (2015-17), Ms. Deepika Aggarwal and Ms. Shilpa are undergoing their Summer Internship Programme (SIP) in HR stream. The aim was to interact with the mentees working as Interns in the Hero Fincorp and to understand from their Industry Mentor the requisites of the company.
The meeting was cordial and fruitful as the industry mentor was full of praises for the Interns and was happy about their output. Mr. Sanjay Khan said that both these students are very hard working and dedicated towards their work.
It was indeed heartwarming to learn that our students are delivering great results in the task given to them by their Company.
