Asian Business School, Noida recently hosted the semi-final round of the Young Asian Entrepreneur of the Year 2024 on April 19, 2024. This flagship event, organized annually by the Institute, aims to foster and ignite the spirit of entrepreneurship among the final year PGDM students.
Mr. Himanshu Adlakha, a renowned businessman and visionary leader in the business sector, graced the occasion as the distinguished Chief Guest for YAETY 2024. His presence elevated the event to a higher level of prominence, inspiring attendees with his invaluable observations and experiences.
The semi-final round featured ten students selected through a rigorous selection process. Each participant had the opportunity to present their company idea or enterprise to a panel of judges and the audience. The presentations were dynamic and engaging, showcasing the ingenuity and passion of the young entrepreneurs. Students even included prototypes of their products, financial cost sheets, and marketing plans, demonstrating their commitment and preparation.
Driven by their passion and vision, each student eloquently defined their business offer, addressing real challenges or capitalizing on emerging opportunities in their respective industries. The judging panel carefully evaluated each presentation and selected five finalists based on their extraordinary originality, viability, and impact.
Utkarsh, Pragya Singh, Jasmine Sa, Vaishnavi Raj Gupta, and Keshav Somani emerged as the finalists who will compete in the Finale of YAETY 24. They have the opportunity to win the title of Young Asian Entrepreneur of the Year 2024 and secure the seed fund of Rs 5 Lakhs from Asian Business School.
The finalists, as well as Mr. Himanshu Adlakha, expressed their excitement and enthusiasm for the event. The semi-finale showcased the growing entrepreneurial spirit in the nation, serving as a catalyst for socioeconomic advancement and fostering a culture of innovation.
