The 5th day of the orientation program commenced with a significant and highly crucial session led by AEG’s Directors. We had the privilege of having Dr. Lalitya Vir Srivastava, Mr. Saraubh Sharma, and Mr. Gurdeep Singh Raina in our midst. The program commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, followed by extending a warm welcome to the esteemed directors. All the students were eagerly anticipating the pearls of wisdom from these directors, who graciously shared their invaluable insights with the students. They effectively conveyed the significance of the upcoming two years at ABS and elucidated how adopting seemingly minor yet incredibly potent strategies could pave the way for the students’ success in their lives.
The latter part of the day kicked off with “CAMPUS CONNECT,” during which Dr. Lalitya Vir Srivastava, Director of Asian Business School, familiarized the students with the institution’s code of conduct and expectations. Students were enthusiastic about learning the systems and procedures that would enhance their skill sets. Subsequently, all the faculty members who would accompany the students on their two-year journey at ABS were introduced. This included the Dean of Academics & Examinations, Dean of Corporate Relations and Careers, Dean of Student Welfare, heads of various departments, and other faculty members, all of whom engaged in interactive sessions with the students. The students had a lot to absorb from these interactions, gaining valuable nuggets of life wisdom to carry forward.
