A Summer Internship Program is highly crucial for a management student because of the fact that not only do the students have an opportunity to apply the knowledge they gained in class to a live environment; but also because they have an opportunity to interact with the best in the industry and learn from the Pro’s. They get an opportunity to develop basic skills necessary for doing their tasks and assignments and enhance their interpersonal skills.
