Asian Business School heartily congratulates PGDM 2013-15 batch students Ajeet Kumar, Md. Sabauddin, Ajay Singh, Arun Pandey, Chandan Kumar Prajapati, Saurabh Kushwaha, Rahul Awasthi, Mohit Dixit, Tanay Gupta and Shakeel Ahmed Bhatt for receiving appreciation and accolades from Grasim Textiles Ltd.
Grasim has a strong presence in fabrics and synthetic yarns and is well known for its branded suiting – Grasim and Graviera, mainly in the polyester – cellulosic branded menswear. Grasim’s strong nationwide retail network includes exclusive showrooms, wholesalers and multi-brand outlets through which it reaches its customers. Grasim caters to international fashion houses in the USA and UK supplying fabric to them for manufacturing of garments, which are available in some of the largest retail chain stores.
The students underwent a personal round of interview and post selection, they were responsible for Business Development and Brand Awareness for Grasim Textiles Ltd. They joined the team from 20th November’14 and were responsible for conducting market research and identifying vendors, identifying key branding space and making a recommendation report which they submitted on a daily basis. Post the completion of the project, for their excellent work, zeal and enthusiasm, the students were appreciated and rewarded a certificate along with a cash prize of INR 3500/- each.
