National Seminar on “Entrepreneurial Mindset: Key Traits for Success”

Entrepreneurship has the potential to overcome obstacles to economic progress. It stimulates economic expansion and provides employment for millions. Asian Business School conducted its National Seminar on “Entrepreneurial Mindset: Key Traits for Success” on Wednesday, November 19, 2024, in commemoration of National Entrepreneurship Day.The seminar analyzed the facts and developed a consensus on how entrepreneurship may facilitate the nation’s inclusive economic growth objectives and foster a robust community. The event motivated and informed youth to invent and establish firms for economic development and to comprehend entrepreneurial action plans. Esteemed speakers, entrepreneurs, academics, and students deliberated on the essential characteristics and strategies required to foster an entrepreneurial mindset during the event. The program motivated participants to pursue entrepreneurship and educated them on the elements contributing to entrepreneurial success.

The lecture commenced with the lighting of the lamp and the introduction of dignitaries both on and off the dais. Prof. (Dr.) Swati Bhatia, Head of the Research & Development Cell at Asian Business School, started the discussion by underscoring that entrepreneurship propels innovation and prosperity within any society. Today, we must examine the mindset and characteristics that drive corporate success to foster innovation, resilience, and determination. Mr. Vinod Dhar, Head of EDIC at Asian Business School, emphasized the significance of an entrepreneurial mindset for achieving personal and professional success in his inaugural presentation. Mr. Pankaj Virmani, Founder and CEO of Clovia, emphasized the importance of entrepreneurial qualities such as risk-taking, creativity, and leadership. The talk inspired attendees with narratives of surmounting challenges and achieving objectives. He stated that entrepreneurship involves tenacity, self-motivation, and the ability to learn from errors. Esteemed speakers Radhika Dang, Founder and CEO of Wildflower Naturals (The Good Karma Co.), and Vandita Tiwari Kapoor, Founder and CEO of IYURVED, enhanced the discourse. They had divergent perspectives on the advancement of entrepreneurship through innovation amid uncertainty, discourse, and change via marketing and professional investment. Entrepreneurs must monitor trends and technologies to remain competitive. Mentorship and networking are essential.
