Dr. Veenu Arora is currently working as Professor of Management and area chair for Human resource/organizational behaviour domain at Asian Business School. She is having over 16 years of experience with a passion for teaching, training and specializing in the field of psychometric assessment. Apart from carrying degrees in Masters of Commerce & M.Phil in management, she has also actively indulged in Human process training programs like Facet 5 personality Assessment Certification from Consulting Tools, UK; “Basic Lab on Human Processes” organized by Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Sciences; Behaviour testing and Training program from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University; Certificate in guidance (CIG) an IGNOU- NCERT collaborative project. She has done MDP on “HR Analytics” from IIM Rohtak and FDP on Pedagogy and Scholarly Writing from IIM Visakhapatnam. She did her Ph.D. in management on topic “A strategy for identification of training needs and enhancing the effectiveness of middle-level bank employees: A comparative study of public and private banks”. She has published many research papers in national and international journals. She has assisted various individuals and teams for life skills and personality development for making them Industry-ready. In the realm of psychometric assessment, she has conducted various training sessions empowering individuals to leverage their strengths, address weaknesses, and achieve personal and professional growth for their employability, entrepreneurship & Life Skills. She is also awarded with distinguished faculty award in 2023.
