Dr. Gurpreet Kaur is working as Assistant Professor of HR in Asian Business School. She is having an experience of more than 18 years in teaching. She is pursuing her Doctoral Research in the area of HR. She has done M.Phil. in Management. She got a certificate of appreciation from Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India. She also bagged with the certificate from National commission for capacity building, preparing women for tomorrow. She has published various research papers in reputed journals with book chapters’ publications. Her area of interest is Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Talent Management and Entrepreneurship. She has attended various national and international conferences, FDP and MDP. She believes in hard work and creativity and focuses more on the result-oriented approach.
