    Question 1 :
College life is often filled with diverse experiences, from academics to extracurricular activities. Looking back, what aspects of your college life did you enjoy the most?

    Answer :
I still remember stepping into ABS with a clear vision of building a career in marketing and a heart full of expectations. Over time, I gathered countless meaningful memories. One of the most impactful aspects was the Personality Development Program (PDP), which played a crucial role in enhancing my overall personality. I also had the opportunity to participate in the SEED Investment Program, where students pitched business ideas and received funding—a truly enriching experience. Engaging in the Model United Nations (MUN) and participating in college fests offered me platforms for self-expression through activities like singing and sports. Regular classroom presentations further equipped us with the confidence and skills required for real industry roles.

    Question 2 :
Looking back, how do you feel the CRC contributed to your overall professional success, and what advice would you give current students to make the most of the resources and opportunities provided by the CRC?

    Answer :
The Corporate Resource Cell (CRC) offers ample opportunities for students through mock interview sessions, group discussions, and consistent industry exposure. They bring top recruiters to campus and focus on holistic development—enhancing personality, industry knowledge, and providing valuable pre-placement talks. One of the most commendable aspects is their continued support; CRC ensures that every student is given multiple chances until they are successfully placed.

    Question 3 :
Transitioning from college life to a professional environment can be a significant shift. How did you adapt to the changes, such as new responsibilities, corporate culture, and professional expectations, when you joined Walmart Global Tech?

    Answer :
Transitioning from college to the corporate world was indeed a big shift, but my prior experience in advertising helped me build adaptability and resilience. I had already learned to manage deadlines, client expectations, and fast-paced environments. At Walmart Global Tech, I embraced a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Clear communication and being open to feedback played a key role. Over time, I aligned myself with the company's values and grew into my responsibilities with confidence.

    Question 4 :
Walmart is known for its competitive and high-performing environment. Can you share some details about the efforts or qualities that helped you earn them and how has it shaped your overall professional journey?

    Answer :
Once you step into the professional world, the time available for exploration becomes limited. I always had the curiosity and ambition to work with leading companies. My journey began with industry giants like Publicis, where I gained valuable exposure. During the COVID-19 period, I maximized my time by pursuing multiple certifications, which later supported my aspiration to work at a global organization like Walmart.

My career is rooted in advertising—an impactful field that enables businesses to generate significant revenue. Through continuous learning and hands-on experience, I had the opportunity to serve clients in the US and UK markets during my time at Dentsu, contributing to multi-billion-dollar revenue growth for those companies. I proactively shared my resume across platforms, and that persistence eventually led me to my current role at Walmart.

    Question 5 :
Students often enter the corporate world expecting structured guidance like in academics, but success truly comes from taking initiative, being accountable, and embracing ambiguity. What mindset shift should fresh graduates make when moving from the classroom to the corporate world

    Answer:
They should possess strong communication skills, as effectively expressing ideas is essential. A curious mindset and the ability to learn quickly are also crucial to stand out in today’s competitive environment.
