Asian Business School, Noida has been organizing “Leadership & Entrepreneurial Aspiration Development (LEAD)” lecture series. Many corporate highbrows have been interacting with the PGDM students on various topics. On 9th August, 2017, Ms. Ruma Batheja, Head – Human Resources, Knowledgetics had addressed the PGDM students. She spoke on “How analytics has changed the modern job roles”.
Ms Ruma Batheja is a thought leader with 15 years of experience in the field of HR service delivery transformation, people strategy and capability building. An alumna of XLRI and with a Management degree in HR, she has been pivotal in setting up HR function from scratch in many organizations with special role in cultural transformation.
The PGDM (16-18) AND (17-19) Batch got a unique opportunity to interact with her. She spoke about her corporate experience to find solution to existing problems faced by many Institutes and organizations of today.She shared her experience with the students as she is a part of Core committees and advisory boards of some National governing bodies too.
