Ms. Shweta is an Assistant Professor of Management (Human Resource and Organizational Behaviour) at Asian Business School. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Amity Business School, where her doctoral research focused on human capital behaviour and inclusive organizational culture. She also holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) and has along qualified the Executive level of the Company Secretary program from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

With over eight years of diverse professional experience, Ms. Shweta combines corporate exposure with academic excellence. She began her career with Ernst & Young (GDS) as a Senior Assurance Auditor, where she developed strong expertise in statutory audits and financial reporting. Building on this industry foundation, she transitioned into academia, bringing practical insights into her teaching and research. Over the years, she has taught courses such as Behavioural Science, Human Resource Management, and Organizational Psychology, while also engaging in research and mentoring students.

Her research interests include human resource development, organizational behaviour, workplace inclusion, employee well-being, and the impact of toxic leadership and workplace bullying on organizational culture. She has authored research papers published in Web of Science and Scopus indexed journals, including works on embedding inclusion in organizational culture, developing human capital dimensions, and strategies for mitigating workplace loneliness post-COVID. Recently, her paper was selected for presentation at the prestigious IIM Ahmedabad Conference (IMRC 2025).

In addition, Ms. Shweta has contributed as a content writer for the Bharatiya Shiksha Board, participated in doctoral conclaves, and attended workshops on case teaching and writing. Passionate about advancing research and pedagogy in HR and OB, she remains committed to fostering inclusive learning environments and guiding students toward academic and professional success.
