Asian Business School successfully hosted the HR Summit 4.0 on 19th–20th September 2025, themed “Reimagining Human Capital: Building Agility, Skills & Culture in the AI Era.” The two-day summit brought together 32 eminent HR leaders and industry experts from renowned organizations who shared their visionary insights on leadership, innovation, and the evolving dynamics of the modern workplace.
Day 1 opened with thought-provoking discussions on the future of work, industry transformation, and leadership challenges, laying the foundation for an engaging intellectual exchange between academia and industry.
Day 2 – Reimagining Human Capital featured a Keynote Address on “HR Leadership in a Disruptive World” by Mr. Sudarshan Bose (WTW) and Ms. Prerna Kapoor (Evalueserve), inspiring participants to lead with empathy and resilience in times of uncertainty.
The panel discussion on “Skills Over Degrees: The New Talent Lens” included Ms. Sahiba Vadhera (JLL), Ms. Puja Gupta (Affle India Pvt. Ltd.), Ms. Pratibha Tiwari (SimCorp), Mr. Paras Arora (Phronesis Partners), Dr. Amit Pareenja (Hindware Ltd.), Ms. Aanchal Tandon, and Mr. Hardeep Singh B., emphasizing that in the AI-driven world, skills and attitude define employability.
Another compelling discussion on “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: From Intent to Impact” saw valuable contributions from Mr. Nihar Mehta (Royal Orchid Hotels), Mr. Ankur Sharma (Woodland), and Mr. Arindam Lahiri (JSL Lifestyle Ltd.), who shared actionable strategies to foster inclusive workplaces.
