Summer Internship program – “It provides wholesome learning to help you propel your career in the right direction”

Asian Business School is proud of Kapil Sharma , a PGDM 2014-16 batch student who is currently completing his summer internship with Honda Cars India Ltd (HCIL) 4th May 2015 onwards.

HCIL’s first manufacturing unit was set up at Greater Noida, U.P in 1997. They have a strong sales and distribution network spread across the country. The network includes 232 authorized dealership facilities in 152 cities. HCIL dealerships are based on the “3S Facility” format, offering complete range of Sales, Service and Spares services to its customers.

The industry mentor at Honda is very happy with Kapil’s work. Currently working in the HR department, the industry mentor stated that Kapil has been very dedicated and diligent towards his work. From the first day itself, he undertook the responsibility of the tasks assigned to him by the supervisor. He has been looking after the joining of Apprenticeship, CSR, employee welfare, MIS preparation, documentation and zonal meetings amongst others.
