By definition, Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a standard aptitude test conducted by All India Management Association (AIMA) that serves the purpose of admission in MBA/PGDM programs in over 600 business schools and Post Graduate Diploma in Management colleges across India. The paper-based exam consists of 200 questions that are required to be completed in the total time duration of 150 minutes. Being one of the most prominent exams for pursuing Business Courses, it can mark your entry in many reputed management colleges including some of the Best Private Business Schools in India like Asian Business School in Delhi NCR’ s Noida.

Being such an important exam, it would indeed help a great deal to know how to prepare in the best way for each of the specific sections of this MAT exam.

Language Skills:

  • Students should clear their concepts and basics to solve questions.

Data Analysis & Sufficiency

  • This section is said to be the most scoring section of the MAT exam. Students will just need to apply logic to a problem to solve it.

  • Only practice makes this section even better.

  • Students should look out for all previous year questions and identify the types of problems asked.

  • Students should try and solve it in less time.

Intelligence & Critical Reasoning

  • Accurate preparation and accuracy can help students earn good marks in this section.
