FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME AT ASIAN BUSINESS SCHOOL, NOIDA

Faculty Development Programme on “Passion for Service Excellence” was conducted by Ms. Madhu Sharma Founder of Success Strategies for Life, organized at Asian Business School, Noida on October 10, 2015. The esteemed speaker is an internationally trained psychometric expert from British Psychological Society, U.K. She is certified in competency mapping and Green belt six sigma. She was former HOD (Training) at PVR Ltd. Currently she works as management consultant to various organizations. She trains at three levels-

• Corporate, private / public sector.
• Students, faculties at various Educational Institutions.
• Through the platform of Oxford University, trains Teachers, Principal, Parents and Students.She has conducted almost 600 training sessions and trained over 1.5 lakh students.

She conducted an interactive session with the faculty members of ABS, Noida. The session was centered on the qualities required for the students in terms of service excellence, ways to inculcate life skills in faculty and the students. The FDP incorporated many activities which made the session interesting. The faculty members were enlightened on how they can bring the change in the students’ attitude visa- a- visa gender inequality and make them understand the importance of transparency in dealing with real life situations apart from making them competent academically.
