“It is important to enjoy what you are doing to achieve success in your careers”, said Mr Pankaj Parashar, writer, producer, director of many acclaimed films like Chaalbaaj, Jalwa, Banaras while addressing the students of Asian Business School, Noida. Mr Pankaj Parashar shared his personal struggles before he could get a break in the industry and coaxed the students to keep trying honestly. Mr Sandeep Marwah, Director, Asian Business School encouraged the students to be hardworking, honest, truthful for the job at hand as these are the mantras for success.The students were given the opportunity for an open house discussion with Mr Pankaj Parashar. Answering to one of the questions Mr Parashar shared how television industry has become bigger than Film industry and helped the students understand the financial aspects of film industry.
