Young Asian Entrepreneurial Challenge 2024

The Young Asian Entrepreneurial Challenge 2024 was held at the prestigious Asian Business School on 21st September 2024, bringing together aspiring entrepreneurs from various fields. This event showcased innovative business ideas by young talents, all competing for the title of the top entrepreneur of the year. The finalists presented dynamic ideas, reflecting their creativity, strategic vision, and problem-solving abilities.

The Finalists participated were Bhumika Kapoor, Sparsh Sharma, Mudita Maniyar, Rivanshi Khosla, Disha Tuteja.

Disha Tuteja’s business concept revolved around the fashion at door step, named as Chamkeeli. Sparsh Presented the business Plan named as Khoya – Paya, where he thought to bring the lost & found things on a website, from where people can identify and collect it back. Mudita Spoke about her plan for Stand-Up comedy, where she was planning to provide the platform to standup comedians by integrating restraunts. Bhoomika Kapoor Spoke of Park India, where she dealt with the parking issues faced by people and how she can resolve it with her business plan, the last participant Rivanshi Khosla presented Artisans Studio, which deals in Jewellery, Keyrings, DIY Crafts & Décor Items.

The finalists were evaluated by an esteemed panel of judges – Maj. Retd. Vandana Sharma, A decorated former officer, she brought her expertise in leadership, strategy, and organizational development to the table. Her insights added a valuable perspective to the judging process, especially in terms of the entrepreneurs’ ability to execute and scale their ventures. Ms. Muskan Kakkar – A successful entrepreneur and business coach, Muskan is known for her sharp acumen in identifying and nurturing potential. She evaluated the business ideas for their innovation, market potential, and sustainability.

Each finalist was given 10 minutes to present their ideas, followed by a Q&A session with the judges. The participants showcased detailed business plans, financial projections, and market strategies. The interaction with the judges highlighted both the strengths and challenges of each concept. The event was not only a competition but also a platform for networking and learning. All participants were praised for their innovative ideas and the hard work they put into bringing them to life.

Disha Tuteja was the winner of the competition, rewarded with a MacBook & a glittery trophy. Mentor of Disha, Dr. Swati Bhatia has been appreciated & rewarded.

The Young Asian Entrepreneurial Challenge 2024 proved to be an inspiring and motivational event, encouraging young minds to think creatively and contribute to the future of business and innovation.
