Dr. Vinky Sharma is a distinguished academician, researcher, and edupreneur with over 2 decades of experience in the field of management education and is currently working as Head Academics at Asian Business School. A firm believer in the philosophy of Learning, Unlearning, and Relearning, she has consistently driven academic excellence through innovative pedagogy and leadership. Her areas of specialization include Human Resources, Business Communication, Soft Skills, and Behavioral Sciences.

Dr. Sharma earned her Ph.D. from JIITU, Noida, with a focus on “The Impact of E-Recruitment on Human Resource Supply Chain Management,” a topic that continues to influence her academic and professional engagements. She has served in key leadership roles and held the positions of Dean and Director across multiple years.

She has been the recipient of honors, including, the Indo Global International Excellence Award 2025, presented by the ECRD Research and Education Council (UK & India) and Shiksha Ratan Award 2025, presented by International Council for Education, Research and Training (ICERT). She has also served as a resource person, keynote speaker, and panelist at various national and international conferences and workshops, including those organized by Kalinga University, D.A.V. College, Nepal and many more.

She has authored and co-edited books such as “Business Communication” and “Innovative Research Methodologies: Navigating through the World of Education and Management”, and has published extensively in renowned international journals, including those by SAGE, Routledge Taylor & Francis, and IGI Global.

Her professional affiliations include editorial and advisory board memberships for respected journals such as MIRDEC, ARSEAM Foundation, IJECS, Insight Education, and the ABS International Journal of Management. She also regularly reviews manuscripts and academic books for leading publishers including Oxford University Press and Taylor & Francis.

Dr. Sharma is actively involved in institutional development. She is responsible for academic audits, quality assurance, stakeholder feedback, and organizing capacity-building initiatives like seminars, FDPs, and international conferences.
