To mark the anniversary of India’s “Tryst with Destiny” on August 15th, 2022, Asian Business School, Noida, is celebrating Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, on Independence Day to re-experience the spirit of patriotism and to honour the glorious past of our country.
On the occasion, Asian Business School Inaugurated the Independence week celebration of the freedom to showcase awareness of independence and patriotism in the form of activities from 6th–17th August 2022.
On 6th August ABS celebrated the inaugural of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav and Har Ghar Tiranga initiative of the Government. The students came in their traditional attire and presented group songs and group dance celebrating the 75th year of independence. All the students were piped with the badges of the Indian flag by the faculties instilling the feeling of patriotism and pride. The event started with the piping ceremony followed by the cultural programs including group songs and group dances.
The students were informed that the next week till 17th August will be observed as independence week where everyday activities and programs related to independent India will be organized and conducted which includes:
8th August 2022 – Flag distribution to students. Clicking selfies and posting on social media.
11th & 12th August 2022 – Slogan / Poetry Writing Competition.
13th August 2022 – Motivational Speech / Patriotic Movie Review / Patriotic Song Competition.
15th August 2022 – “Selfie with Tiranga” “Kuch nasha tirange ki aan ka hai , Kuch nasha matrabhumi ki shan ka hai , hum leheraenge har jagah ye tiranga, nasha ye hindustan ki shan ka hai”,so to promote government initiative of “Har Ghar Tiranga” Asian Business School is hosting a competition of “Selfie with Tiranga”.
16th August 2022– Collage making competition – Clicking Pictures of neighbourhood hoisting flags making a collage.
17th August 2022 – Poster Making Competition.
At the end of the inaugural event every student and faculty pledged to take this Government initiative further and ensured that they will hoist the flag at their homes and make this great initiative a huge success.
