Asian Business School (ABS) – which is a part of Asian Education Group and is ranked as one of the best B-schools in Delhi NCR – inaugurated its new batch of Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) by way of an impressive three-day Orientation Program held from Monday, 15th July 2019 to Thursday, 18th July 2019 at its imposing campus located in Sector 125, Noida. This programme was organized to benefit the students who were about to begin a new phase in their academic life.
At the ABS PGDM Orientation 2019 Day 2 Ceremony held on Tuesday, 16th July 2019, Mr. Chandan Kumar, India Head for Optics at NOKIA delivered the eminent guest address.
Mr. Chandan Kumar is the India Head for Optics at NOKIA – the Finnish multinational telecommunications, information technology, and consumer electronics company, founded in 1865 and headquartered at Espoo, the second largest city and municipality in Finland.
Prior to this, Mr. Kumar held the position of marketing director at Huawei India Wireless. Mr. Kumar served at Huawei for over 12 years across various functions, including the company’s wireline business. Before Huawei, he worked at Nortel Networks for over two years and Himachal Futuristic Communication Limited for a span of over 8 years.
On Day 2 of the ABS PGDM Orientation 2019 Program held on Tuesday, 16th July 2019, Mr. Chandan Kumar delivered an invigorating Guest Lecture under the LEAD Lecture Series to the new batch of ABS Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) students.
In his highly informative talk, Mr. Chandan Kumar revealed the secrets of how digital economy is in full swing today and urged the students to think differently, love one’s work, learn more about better time management by way of prioritizing their jobs intelligently, and foster creativity in their thoughts and work.
