ABS PGDM Oxford Trip 2018 – City Tour Experience of the Group 1

After the students were through with the classroom studies and being conferred upon the “Executive Diploma in International Business” by Oxford Business College, it was time for them to have some fun by visiting various places of interest in and around Oxford City as well as London.

Students went on to explore some of the historical places in Oxford City like Oxford City Center, The Bodleain Library, Radcliffe Square, Museum of Natural History, Weston Library, Trinity College and Oxford University Press. In addition, they also visited some of the supermarkets over there including Tesco Superstore and Sainsbury’s wherein one could find various products manufactured the world over.

The City Bus tour to Central London provided students wonderful sights of the city. They had a good time over there by visiting London Eye where they experienced breathtaking 360-degree view of the city and just to mention that it has been a prime spot for visitors in the city over the past decade or so. Quite a few students visited Westminster Abbey, a royal church in the centre of London and a World Heritage Site with over a thousand years of history. The ones who had a fetish for heights visited the Tower Bridge which is one of the famous bridges with glass floor and one of many must-see landmarks in the city. In addition to the above, students also visited Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, The British Museum and to wind it up, experienced a Cruise trip as well. Quite a few students also visited Madame Tussauds Wax Museum at London that boasts of 14 different interactive areas providing glitz, glamour and incredible history with more than 300 stunning wax figures. As true global citizens, many students effected purchases from supermarket giants like Primark Stores and Tesco.

Summarizing, it was an amazing trip right from the beginning till the end and overall, the trip had lot of beautiful memories for one and all to cherish for life.
