It allows the students to experience and learn the corporate culture, develop skills, and help them to understand the corporate challenges and expectations which would help them during final placement.

The summer internship projects have high learning objective spread over profiles in marketing & sale, finance, operations, digital marketing, HRM, event management and research. ABS PGDM students work in real time environment, handling situations, policy implementation and business development as a core to meet the organizational objective.
Inters for the name sake – though ABS PGDM students like other management students are named interns, they are actually treated as full time employee as they are actively involved in decisioning, part of core project team involved in planning & implementation, on ground research, marketing campaigns and brainstorming for target achievement which offers excellent hands-on experience and an overall professional development.
